PKNS to accumulate RM380 million property sales in 2010

Deputy General Manager Administration and Development of Selangor State Development Corp (PKNS) Md Nasir Md Arshad said the group is anticipating RM380 million from the total sales of properties in 2010.

Md Nasir said the company aims to sell RM342 million in properties for financial year ending 2009 considering that demands from upper-middle class is increasing. He said that the group will continue to communicate with potential buyers via its awareness campaign for the upcoming projects next year.

Meanwhile, for the 'luxury and comfortable' campaign which is scheduled to be launched next year is meant to promote the 314 units of residential properties which is located in Alam Nusantara, Shah Alam. The prices ranges from RM335,000. In addition to that, he said that semi-detached luxury residential units in Kota Damansara will also be available from RM1.2 million.

When Md Nasir launched the official sale Kasturi Idaman apartments last Saturday, he said the company expects the project to have a gross development value (GDV) of RM42 million. It is expected to be completed by March 2010.
