More property development projects in the country

Real estate market is showing positive changes and therefore, developers especially in Klang Valley announced that more projects would be launched in the near future. In conjunction with the launching of new projects by these developers, The Star Media Group is holding Star Property Fair in Kuala Lumpur from November 27 to 29.

According to The Star, the event is meant to offer a platform for industry players to market the projects to interested buyers or investors. The event which is scheduled at KL Convention Centre halls 4 and 5 has determined the theme, ‘Stylish Living’.

Star Publications (M) Bhd group managing director and chief executive officer Datin Linda Ngiam said the economic crisis at the beginning of the year has somehow affected the market and hence, the fair in November is dedicated to bring and unite property developers and prospective investors under one roof.

Ngiam said the fair is fully supported by other media such as magazine, radio, print as well as online media such as StarProperty portal. She commented that the fair also helps government to progress economic’s recovery on a faster pace in an effort to stimulate and boost country’s economic. Recovery in real estate market can also help to stimulate other sectors namely financial and lifestyle.

So far, The Star Media Group has organized a total of eight annual property fairs in Penang. Since exhibitors and visitors are satisfied with the outcome of the fair, it has become a leading fair within the state.

The first Star Property Fair in Kuala Lumpur offers wide array of properties from bungalows to condominiums, medium to medium high-range residences as well as commercial projects completed by local developers.

In addition to that, visitors can enjoy other fun activities such as forums and talks conducted by major industry players and experts regarding feng shui, home inspirations and practical tips on property investments. Prospective visitors can visit the fair at KL Convention Centre from 11am to 8pm (Friday to Sunday) and admission is free.
