Private home buyers, commercial property seekers or property investors, we have in a list of properties for browsing and review. you will be able to find the property you have in mind when browsing through our database of real estate information. As a registered buyer in Real Estate malaysia Portal, you will be able to search and browse the thousands of advertisement placed by the sellers according to your liking. You will be able to search by type, availability, price range and so on before making your selection. Take note that selecting a property here is not legally binding yet as you will be matched to the seller where you will have to negotiate and discuss on the procedures of purchase. You are also able to make comparisons using our ‘Comparison’ function, which will provide you a simple chart comparing up to 3 properties at any time. Just select the property, click on the ‘Compare’ button and select your next property, then you will be able to view the two properties side by side to see which one suit your needs more. You can also request for information on certain property that are reviewed on our site. Click on the ‘Request for more information’ and you will receive an e-mail on further information either from our site or from the developers/sellers of the property. Otherwise, click on the ‘Email Alert’ button to receive information on current promotions, new development areas and real estate news. Alternatively, you will be able to also receive alerts on your mobile phones through SMS by submitting your request on the ‘SMS Alert’ button. You will then be informed about real estate news, new product launches and happenings around the real estate industry. A nominal fee of RM1 is charged per SMS.
