Our developer ratings are not made ourselves, instead we encourage our users and members to submit their ratings on developers for the benefit of those who intend to buy any property from a particular developer.

It is important to property buyers to identify who they are buying the property from. While this section will not cover individual sellers, the most important part is in reviewing developers.

Bad developers will definitely be discussed and talked about in our community section. This section seeks to highlight good and bad developers. As we are concerned that our users would like to know more about the parties who will be developing their property, there are also ratings provided in our portal.

The ratings are given in stars, 1 being bad and 5 being excellent. Criteria for ratings are:

•  Reputation

•  Workmanship

•  Procedures

This section will be constantly reviewed by our panel and by the users and people who have previously purchased property from the specific developers. This is an effective section which will help real estate buyers from dealing with the right developer.

Simultaneously, it will also increase the developer's service quality as bad reviews will often translate to bad sales. Should they be given a bad rating in this section, then they will be able to identify areas for improvement.
